We cant change it, uuuh you use Exchange, go into the Administration Console and change the Email policy, you can also create a new one with priority 2 and use this for these "abnormal names"

Yeah, so thats not how it works. An Alias is one way to solve this problem after generating the mail adress. Also we can perfectly control the user in AD and exchange or 365. But its a damn good joke!

Bullshit, russian second name Tchavlovksy doesn't make any sense etymologically-wise, it can't exist. It appears someone just switched a couple of letters in second name of a famous russian composer Tchaikovsky to justify the usage of TCH combination. If you google Tchavlovksy in quotes, you won't get any results besides this meme.
