These are great candles with realistic looking flickering flames. I have an old set that had no flickering flames, but just glowed with a flickering light, and these are so much brighter and more realistic! Before I discovered these, I really wasn't impressed with fake candles, but I am a convert now! These have a remote control, which makes them much more convenient. No more having to go around the room to turn them on or off. These can also be run on a timed schedule of 2, 4 6 or 8 hours. In summary, these candles are loaded with convenient features, and look very realistic. I'll be buying more of this brand.

Nice! These really put off a lot of light and look about as close to a real candle as you can buy. (I have been torn about whether I should spend the money to purchase the more expensive name brand Luminara candles but decided to take a chance with these; and I'm glad I did!) I haven't had them for long enough to determine how they will do on batteries but as of right now I would totally buy more of these candles for this price! I am trying to think of other places in my home I could stick them, ha ha. I like being able to set the timer at different lengths so that I can set them for a longer duration during the winter months. Also, they are realistic enough that I think they would be great on the table for a formal holiday meal, without having to worry that they will get knocked over.

Install Flash Player For the price, this is an amazing deal. The “flame” rocks and moves randomly like a real candle. I am very happy with this set of LED flameless candles. I ordered the first set and quickly ordered 4 more! I’m about to purchase a few more sets for each bedroom in my house, and for my mom. Immediately after seeing how these LED candles added the right ambiance to my house, I was so relieved because now I can enjoy the ambiance without the worries about accidental fire. I have two curious kittens who love to knock things over. I love it that these can be turned off and on when I want, and even better, there is no residual “candle blowing out smell” in my house when I am done using these! I love the timer feature also. I have added several photos and a video.

I love my Luminara candles, I know Luminara. These are one step below Luminara at nearly half the price, and THAT is impressive. They have a beautiful glow, more of a yellowish-pinkish hue than I am used to but its not noticeable unless you set them right next to another candle. The plastic "flame" doesn't move like the Luminara, but aside from it's stationary position they look exactly alike. The flicker is very nice (and only blinks right before the battery dies). I love how soft you can make the glow, but I found that a lower glow results in less flicker movement. The remote is very handy, and the timer works perfectly. I found that I had to change the battery after about six weeks of nightly use with a 4-hour timer. I paid full price for these, no discounts given for this review so take me for my word. I plan on giving these as gifts this year because I really love them that much.

I LOVE THESE! I think the newer generation of these types of candles (like this one) take 2 AA batteries vs. 3, which is great. These are fantastic -- "flickering" flame is a small flame-shaped piece of plastic that moves back and forth like there's a breeze; it looks like the real thing from a distance once you're about 7-8+ feet away or so. Real wax exterior with an off-white color; when lit, it's a soft amber glow that lights up a majority of the candle itself. The 'candle' setting on the remote gives a realistic flicker of light, and they DON'T all flicker in unison like creepy robots. Battery life is excellent...it took WEEKS of using mine for like many hours nearly every night until I needed to replace batteries. Safely packaged, and an easy to use remote. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this specific company again (Antizer) because the quality was just fantastic. There are a zillion of these on Amazon but the only real difference I could see was the batteries (2 vs 3), plus good reviews and lots of them. I had a set of these type of flameless candles quite awhile ago but without a remote...turns out that having to physically turn on a candle perched precariously high up on a wall sconce sorta sucked. These remote ones with the cool flickery flame thingy are FABULOUS!

Install Flash Player Beautiful, realistic LED candles. No one knows until I tell them that they are not real. The "wick" even flickers if you choose to have it do so. The handy little remote gives you a choice, either a "stable" wick or one that "flickers", personally, I like the flicker effect, it is more realistic. However, you do have the choice. The great little remote gives you all kinds of options...on/off, timer for 2/4/6/8 hrs, brightness level and lighted candle or not. No glass to break, no smoke, no melted wax and no hunting for matches. You will love these candles.

I was absolutely thrilled when I received these, having previously fallen in love with the much more expensive Luminara brand. They do each require THREE triple A batteries, which themselves are not cheap, so I compromised and purchased a grocery store brand battery pack of ten. Big mistake! I have these candles in the "on" position so that I can hit the button on the remote control and enjoy them every evening, but after two short weeks, the batteries died. At first I blamed the candles, thinking they were just voracious battery consumers, until it dawned on me that it was the inferior off brand batteries that were the cause. I am a candle lover, and had hesitated to purchase an artificial version. Yet even I can't tell the difference between the warm glow and natural random flickering flames of these, and those of actual burning candles. Guests are amazed when I turn these on like magic with one little remote button, not having realized that the candles weren't real. For those with small children, with cats that walk too close, or who want to put a candle in a place where one with a real flame can't go (bookshelves, a child's bedroom, outside in a strong breeze, or under a ceiling fan), these are a great substitute. My one bit of advice is to be sure, when initially unpacking your candle(s), NOT to inadvertently throw away the remote control with the packaging! My first was a Christmas gift, and after unpacking it, i couldn't ever find the remote. (Amazon does sell them separately, thank goodness). This set of three was a personal purchase, and I knew to look for the control as I unwrapped: the remote is VERY slender and small, not much larger than a credit card, and in this case was slipped within a small cut out spot in the styrofoam protective shell. Also, (and I'm bad about this), remember to gently wipe the interior of your candles with a soft cloth every now and then to remove any dust. Keep the remote in a safe, handy spot next to your usual spot in a favorite chair or on the sofa; mine is with the multiple tv remotes (grrr!) in a small basket, which lessens technical clutter. Enjoy! edited December 27, 2017 These candles do eat batteries very, very quickly; and as they each require three triple A batteries, that is a chunk of money. Side by side, I can see that the Luminara version (the original!) lasts much longer.

These are Great, I am very happy to have found these. I have been buying a different brand of moving flame candles and paying between 32.00-54.00 depending on size.....I like paying 18.00 for 3 piece set way better. The flame glow is yellow...not white or orange....a very pretty glowing yellow ( adjustable with remote)...I actually prefer these candles over the more expensive....These are my choice for the moving flame candle. I also love the remote control for these candles with the ability to make candles glowing effect really bright or dim ( look real either way).. The only thing I don't like is the blink feature. I think non blink way more realistic. I have bought 3 sets....for around patio....pool...... These are the best !!

Install Flash Player I now have two sets of these and have given two away. Not one complaint on them yet, everyone that comes in my home has commented on how real they look and where to find them. I went ahead and purchased the Luminaria to compare side by side and there is little difference aside from the slightly larger size of Luminaria. The light display is the same and movement of the wick is also the same. They are made of real wax just as the Luminaria is, I would say the only downfall may be that the "higher end" brand has the longer battery life, as Luminaria takes two D size batteries and the Antizer takes three AAAs, however I always have AAAs on hand so not a huge deal for me. The light refraction from the Antizer candles was great, bounces off the ceiling like a real candle would, I actually found Antizer to have a more realistic color flame than Luminaria, its not as yellow looking.
