Tiếp đến là các loại rau củ còn lại vào xào. Cho hỗn hợp nước dùng chay vào tiếp tục xào cho rau củ mềm. Khi rau của đã chín nhừ, nước dùng cạn nước và sệt lại thì trút chảo rau củ vào tô phở đã trụng sẵn, trộn đều.
